About Me

I'm a Divine soul in a human body, just like you. I've struggled with life's ups and downs since my teens and have felt like I didn't belong here. I spent much of my 20s and 30s searching for a single key to life, and found to my surprise and delight that, in fact, everyone has their own set of keys! While there may not be a single secret upon which to focus your energy, there is a colossal treasury of wisdom to suit all souls. I have taken the time to get to know myself and find out what's good for me, but the question is, do you know what's good for YOU?

World Peace Day 2018

With Arms Wide Open

                                                      by Sarit Gafan

I offer you my love

My heart

My soul

I know not who you are

I see only your soul

In my visions

In my sleep

When all is calm

We are all joining hands

Reaching out to serve

Trusting hand to trusting hand

Loving heart to loving heart

Peaceful mind to peaceful mind

Divine soul to Divine soul.

So please,

Take my hand

For the road is rough

And the journey unknown

All that is known

Is that we are

One.

Legacy of Light

                                  by Sarit Gafan

Flicking through the book

The teacher found the right page

Today we shall learn

Of a magical age

The children looked up

On hearing the magic word

Tell us these tales

Of things we’ve not heard

A long time ago

When humans awoke

They quietened their minds

And their souls

Spoke

They opened their hearts

To the peace inside

Which released them from anger

Jealousy and pride

They lay down their weapons

And from them forged tools

To rebuild a world

Where love rules

They discovered solutions

To heal terrorised minds

And nurture the good

In souls of all kinds

They graced Mother Earth

For all the blessings she brings

They showed her their gratitude

And replenished her springs

They connected by hearts

And not through their screens

They learnt to communicate

Through warmer means

People became people

Not gender, colour or race

Every person was honoured

With their own special place

New laws were established

Of kindness and compassion

They uplifted humanity

More than you could imagine

The children sat gazing

In awe at this speech

At the heights that this magical age

Had helped them reach

But how can we thank them?

The children exclaimed

Most are long gone

Their place in Heaven claimed

Pay your gratitude forward

The teacher replied

Honour yourself and others

By being kind.
